The summary of the
Alcoutim City Council´s opinion
on the feasibility of constructing this property states:
"In view of the above, these Private Works and Urban Subdivision Services (SOPLU) understand that in Multiple Use Areas and Protected Areas, the licensing of Rural Tourism Developments (TER) is permitted, provided that they do not exceed a maximum occupancy area of 2,000 m² and meet the requirements for one of these types of tourism developments:
- Classified as tourism in rural areas;
- Nature Tourism;
- Tourist Village;
- Caravan/camping park;
Construction on REN land is subject to notification by the respective entity.
Since this is a rural construction, feasibility is subject to a favorable opinion from the Municipal Forestry Defense Commission.
Given that the descriptive report presented by the appellant does not clarify the intention in detail, the architectural project is subject to rejection if it does not meet all regulatory standards." current regulations.
